These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of all products, services, features, and content made available by oktk9 (referred to herein as "oktk9", "we", "us", or "our") through the website located at https://oktk9.io and any associated mobile-optimised versions thereof (collectively, the "Platform").

oktk9 operates an online casino and sports betting platform targeted at adult players based in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Only one account per person, household, IP address, or device is permitted. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

Once your registration has been successfully completed and verified, you will have access to a personal user account on the oktk9 Platform. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you have authorised that activity.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. oktk9 reserves the right to apply an administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the Platform at the time of dormancy. oktk9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless a specific promotion specifies a different threshold. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by oktk9, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

In the event of ambiguity, the sport-specific rules take precedence.
